Jeff, I just want to take a minute to thank you for all your help. As you know due to my schedule, I am unable to call during normal business hours. Your true concern for the best quality service to the customer made it possible for me to put my order in. You took the time and responded to my request (via e-mail) to call me at 2am. I am extremely impressed. If only all companies would take this attitude and pride in their business. There is no doubt that I shall be a repeat customer.

I placed my first order this year with Jeff Gimbel on Tuesday afternoon....it's now Thursday afternoon, I looked out my door and there it is, my UPS man with my dry goods from Aqua-Mart!! You guys are the best!! And many, many thanks to Jeff Gimbel again this year. P.S. You'll be hearing from me again real soon, our warm weather for pond is coming!

I am emailing you to let you know about some tech support I was given by a great lady named Ginger, as she was the most helpful to me concerning questions about a pump and etc. about it. She was the best! She took the time to help me and answer my questions as was very helpful. I am writing to let you know her name was Ginger, and what a great employee you have there. She is an asset to your company...I have not found this kind of help for a long time. Again, hats off to Ginger in tech support...good help you have there.
