I have been looking for something that would help me trim my plants and water lily's for a long time. No pond store or animal store carry something like this. The pots are too heavy to lift. This is the perfect thing to trim my plants. I would give it 5 stars. I just got onto your web page and was looking through some of the new products, and found this. PERFECT. The item is beautiful, but how do you remove it from the packaging. It's sealed to the bottom of the carrying case. I'm afraid I might break it! Please advise

I recently purchased the PondoVac 4. Last week I put it to good use cleaning all the debris out of my pond. It did a fantastic job. I filled up the debris bag 5 times, that is how dirty the pond was. It is sparkling now thanks to the PondoVac 4. A great purchase!
